Founded in Paris in 1920, Petrossian is a delicatessen specializing in caviar and smoked fish products. The leader of the caviar market in France, Petrossian sought to conquer the delicatessen market, accelerate their online sales and develop their presence and sales in markets outside France.

Challenge

The majority of their sales take place around Christmas time, leaving the rest of the year unprofitable. Our challenge was to develop sales throughout the year by increasing overall brand awareness.
